Super Bunny Kick - Minor Update

It's a little late, but here's a small update for the game, including controller support, higher default resolution, and a fullscreen mode.

There's also a number of bugfixes and tweaks to the controls,  various very minor changes to every level to make certain tricky jumps a bit easier, and an updated moveset for the third boss.

I'll continue working on the game, finish some of those ugly placeholder boss sprites and start finally getting into some of the story scenes and stuff!
